Hello, I'm Dany Giroux, residential real estate broker with RE/MAX d'Abord. My journey in real estate began in 2009, specializing in mortgage financing. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Marketing specialization) and a certificate in International Relations from the Université de Sherbrooke, I've developed extensive expertise in financing, renovation, construction, market analysis, property acquisition, and sales. This diverse background allows me to provide comprehensive and strategic real estate guidance.
The Eastern Townships hold a special place in my heart. Born and raised in Sherbrooke, having also lived in the beautiful Bromont area, and now settled in the scenic Magog region, I have developed an in-depth understanding of the local communities, lifestyle, and real estate market.
